The University of Massachusetts Law Review is a student-operated journal that publishes two general issues per year in the Winter and Spring. Student editors make the editorial and organizational decisions and select articles submitted by professors, judges, and practitioners. In addition, two student notes written by members of the Editorial Staff are selected for publication in each of the volumes. Manuscripts selected for inclusion are chosen for their authorship as well as their contribution to legal scholarship and the bar.
